Not everyone can make it to a library branch. Our online workshops bring the same patient, one-on-one teaching style to seniors and their families over video call — wherever they are.
Online learning can feel intimidating if the tools themselves are the barrier. We design every remote session around that reality — slower pacing, plain-language instructions, and a volunteer who stays on the call until the participant feels confident, not just until the clock runs out.
Sessions run over Zoom or Google Meet with live screen-sharing, so participants see exactly what to tap or click in real time, and can ask questions the moment something is unclear.
A family caregiver is always welcome to join the call — many of our best sessions happen with a grandchild or adult child sitting alongside, reinforcing what's learned after we hang up.

If you can answer a video call, we can teach you the rest — we walk you through downloading anything needed together.
Like all THHYE programs, online sessions are free, with no obligation and no sales pitch.
